So do you want to know just what your MLM leads are worth? Grab on to your hat because here is a simple exercise for you to do.

Say you are able to produce 100 leads for your MLM business. Over the days and weeks (with a good follow up plan working for you)… 10 people form you lead stack become customers and purchase one of your info products that you charge for and $30 is the commission you earn. As well, of those 10 people, 5 of them buy one of your products that gets you a $20 commission every month, that goes on for an average of 3 months.

2 out of these 5 people sign up as distributors/team members with one of your business opportunities you’ re promoting and this brings you a $1,200 commission.

When you look at these figures, you’ll see that you’ve brought in a total of $3,000 from 10 customers. Which means, over time you will make an average of $300 from each person.

If the average client is worth $300 to your business and it takes 10 leads to get 1 client that means in theory you can manage to pay up to $30 (both in terms of dollars as well as time) for each lead and still come out even.

If you don’t know exactly what every lead is worth for your particular business, I advise you stop whatever you’re doing right now, look at it and figure it out. This is the most significant number in your business because it will decide which lead generation methods and what products are the best for your business.
