Network marketing has changed since the first concept and downline came about. Some of the pioneers of this marketing strategy focused so much on the ‘network’ part of the phrase that if you are ‘on the hunt’ to sell them on the idea of joining your downline, people can tell you’re coming a mile away and head the other direction. If you want to succeed in network marketing today you must be very careful about your approach towards prospects. The key is learning how to easily brand yourself as a network marketing leader.

If you have been in the network marketing business for a while now and find that you are becoming frustrated, feeling like you’re going nowhere and banging you head against the wall, there is a reason.   • Know which people are right for your downline (the ones that will actually listen to and do what you  say)
  • Leave the wrong people alone
  • Actually draw the right people to you

Lets face it, today there are so many network marketing companies out there that if you don’t have a marketing plan so that you stand out above the rest, you’re stetting yourself up for failure. Be honest with yourself and think about how many times you personally have been approached about a ‘business opportunity’ just in the last month and you’ll understand why you need to present yourself as a expert in the field that has direction.
